HOA dues are $1,500 annually and cover community maintenance, landscaping, pool operations, security services, and community events. Additionally, the fees are used to pay for Homeside Properties, Inc.

Yes, the covenants for your community requires that a request be submitted prior to any modification being performed. In addition, it also is to assure the installation, construction, or alteration of an improvement to the property (structure and lot) is in conformity and harmony with the external design, quality and existing standards of the community.

Applications are submitted via email to Homeside Properties as a scanned PDF at acc@homesideproperties.com or through the U.S. Mail at Homeside Properties, Inc., 2555 Westside Pkwy, Suite 600, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. Due to quality and clarity issues, applications cannot be accepted via fax or via a smartphone photo of the application, and also cannot be sent via cloud document services (e.g. DropBox).

All HOA documents, budgets and minutes from previous meetings can be found on the Homeside Properties website. This website requires a login and password, so if you haven't received these, please contact Homeside Properties at 678-297-9566.

Trash and Recycling is collected every Friday. Please place bins at the curb no earlier than 6 PM the night before.

No trees shall be removed from any portion of the Community without the prior written consent of the ARC except for (a) trees that are located within ten (10) feet of a drainage area, a septic field, a sidewalk, a residence or a driveway, (b) diseased or dead trees, and (c) trees removed by Declarant. Notwithstanding the above, no trees shall be removed from any portion of a Lot that is within twenty-five (25) feet of the line formed by the highest normal pool elevation of any lake or pond without the prior written approval of the ARC.

No structure of a temporary nature, unless approved in writing by the ARC, shall be erected or allowed to remain on any Lot, and no trailer, camper, shack, tent, garage, barn or other structure may be used as a residence, either temporarily or permanently.

No sign of any kind shall be erected by an Owner or Occupant within the Community without the prior written consent of the ARC except (a) when offering a Lot or residence for sale or for lease, not more than one (1) professionally lettered "For Sale" or "For Rent" sign consistent with the Community-Wide Standard and having a maximum area of four (4) square feet and a maximum height of four (4) feet above ground level, (b) professional security signs consistent with the Community-Wide Standard, (c) any signs required by legal proceedings, and (d) signs erected by Declarant.
